Another quick update on my daughter Jessica's holiday fundraiser for no-kill animal shelters...

As of noon today, Jessi has pulled to within $31 of matching last year's total, and she's asked me to post this note again, in case you missed it the first time:


If you haven't yet had a chance to donate (and can afford to do so, in any amount), we'd be very grateful. Please refer to my original announcement for campaign details, including suggested donation levels and examples of the many supplies & services your contribution will fund.

For those of you that have already donated (and/or spread the word in your LJ, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), thank you for making this year's fundraiser a success. We're almost there!

FYI: We're keeping the donation hub open until the end of the month to make up for Jessi's late start in December. Final tally will be published soon thereafter.

NOTE: If anyone would like to purchase a signed/dedicated copy of my Calendar of Horrors, I will donate all proceeds (minus postage) to the fundraiser...
